What to Expect
In everything we do, our priority is to make sure your pet receives the highest quality emergency care possible. When you call, our team will ask you a few basic questions over the phone to determine the nature and status of your pet’s emergency. We will then guide you on how to safely transport your pet and can provide directions to our hospital.
Arrival
At every step of the way, your pet’s safety and prognosis is our chief concern. When you arrive at the hospital, we will immediately begin to triage your dog or cat. If your pet is stable, our technician will ask you about your pet’s medical history. We will then bring your pet to the treatment area.
