Our beloved dog broke her back last night and we took her in this morning. There really wasn't anything they could do for her but they comforted her and us... read more and allowed us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. The staff are friendly and kind and the Dr. was empathetic and really explained everything to us in a manner that respected our concerns. It was nice to have them available on the weekend and even though they were very busy we were seen in a timely manner. If circumstances lead you to need emergency pet care, this is the place to go.

I thought the bill would be crazy because it was a holiday. Turned out to be completely reasonable. The doctor and staff were also super nice. I highly recommend!

We've had two experiences with this care facility. One where we has to put our beloved animal down. They were very considerate and compassionate. Next I has to... read more take my dog that had some gastrointestinal issues. I thought they did a great job and was reasonably priced for an emergency facility.

I am very happy with the service I received. I was given realistic options for treatment and I felt supported in taking care of my pet at home. The Vet... read more was very detailed in explaining things to me. My puppy got Parvo and I could not afford to hospitalize. They didn't force a quote on me but instead gave me a quote on taking care of her at home since that was all I could afford. I was able to get the prescription written and filled at Costco (make sure you ask for a written one otherwise its in the quote) and overall paid under $800. They saw me in a reasonable manner for being an emergency clinic. I was done in 3-4 hours. I am extremely happy and my puppy made it through!!! Side note: I still would have been happy with the service if my puppy didn't make it because the reality of Parvo is she didn't have a high chance.

Several months ago my husband and I adopted Stanley, a boxer mix from a shelter. He was having difficulty keeping food down and could not seem to gain weight. We... read more scheduled an appointment with our vet for the next week. One night I woke up to Stanley having trouble breathing. I called 9 emergency pet clinics/hospitals. Seven of them were at capacity and were not taking any more patients for the night and 2 of them did not accept large dogs over 50 pounds. Corona Animal Emergency Center popped up on my last Google search and I called. I was lucky. There was only a short wait and they could see Stanley right away. I have had dogs my entire life and have never had such a positive vet experience. Everyone there was compassionate, friendly, and professional. The technician who came out to the car to get Stanley was helpful in getting him out of the car. As he asked me questions, he calmly reassured me that Stanley would be in good hands. The assistant at the front desk took time to ask if I needed anything and I was again reassured that my dog would be well taken care of. After an exam and x-rays, the doctor diagnosed Stanley with megaesophagus. As a result, Stanley had developed pneumonia. The doctor patiently took time to explain the disease and go over the x-rays. Additionally, he went over what long term care would look like. Before we left, the technician went over each medication carefully, ensuring that I knew the purpose of the medication and the dosage. I truly felt as though Stanley was treated as though he was their pet. The cost was very fair for emergency services, the facility is modern and extremely clean, and they are open all night. I will never go anywhere else for emergency pet care.

Lengthy review below: This place is the perfect place for a pet emergency. I’ll begin by saying YES it is expensive, but it is an EMERGENCY vet!!! They are... read more ALL expensive. My family and I brought my 9 week old pup here at 12 am due to lethargy. We drove almost an hour to this location. I was expecting to wait an hour or two before being seen, but the staff almost immediately tested him for parvovirus, (which came up negative, but was required to enter the vet), saw his dire condition, and quickly brought him in for immediate care. Dr. Kevin Yang was the first vet we spoke to and he was very knowledgeable, laying out all possibilities it could be (according to Coco’s complicated bloodwork) causing his sudden lethargy. We appreciated his help and guidance greatly. Coco had to stay overnight and we trusted him in his hands. Dr. Omar El-Taliawi was the vet we talked to the following day. After visiting Coco and seeing him still appear very quiet/inactive, we began losing hope; however, this vet made it clear that we were not at the point of euthanization and I’m so happy we listened. Coco ended up staying one last night to be monitored, as to the vet’s advice. The next morning, Coco was picked up and was like a whole new dog. He is now so full of life and more energetic than ever before. He is running and playing and eating like a normal puppy should. His sister is also pictured below and is very happy to have her brother back home. I’m so thankful we went to this urgent care and for the amazing vets & staff. Thank you so much! 10/10 recommend!

I had to take my cat, Baby, into the ER for congestive heart failure. I've never had such a responsive team of people taking care of my cat. They recognized... read more the urgency immediately and rushed him down the hall and put oxygen on him right away as he was in critical condition with respiratory distress. The doctor, Dr Carmen Code, and her team of professionals were very friendly, helpful and sympathetic when I really needed their help. I don't hesitate to recommend this hospital for your pet needs.

My cat was bit by a rattlesnake and after calling around this was the only clinic that said they could treat her right away. She was taken back immediately and... read more after waiting for ~10min to talk to the vet they explained the treatment, possible outcomes, and gave me an estimated cost range to approve which was reasonable. She spent the night there and they were good at giving me updates every few hours when I called. Luckily she was admitted quickly and the antivenin was able to counteract the venom in time. She had to receive 2 doses but was still released home the following morning and I even got a $400 refund. She’s doing well back with her kittens and I’m very great-full to the doctors and staff at this clinic for saving her life. Would recommend this clinic and plan to go again if I have an emergency.
